The latest Visa Bulletin (October 2019) gives the following Allocation Cut-Off Numbers for the month of November 2019.

A Visa Number is available for each DV-2020 Winner with a Case Number below the Cut-Off Number for their region or country.

AFRICA: 5,600
Except:
Egypt 3,000

ASIA: 3,500
Except:
Iran 1,450
Nepal 3,100

  EUROPE: 6,000

NORTH AMERICA (BAHAMAS): 4

OCEANIA: 400

SOUTH AMERICA & CARIBBEAN: 600

CP Applicants (finalizing in home country):
Will get an email alert from KCC for the Second Notification Letter, containing instructions for the Visa Interview and the Medical Examination.

AOS Applicants (finalizing in US):
Should have the Medical Examination – if not undergone already.
Must send their I-485 application ‘package’ to a USCIS Lockbox and prepare for the AOS interview.
